TARIFFS - TERMS & CONDITIONS
€5 per 3 metre plot - 2nd 3 metres ½ price = €2.50 Pre-booked 1 month in advance
€8 per 3 metre plot - 2nd 3 metres ½ price = €4.00 Pre-booked 1 week in advance
€10 per 3 metre plot 2nd 3 metres ½ price = €5.00 Booked on the day
2 CHARITIES PER WEEK FREE - First come first served
€5 for the hire of two tables for the day
All stalls are to be a maximum of 3 metres, unless otherwise agreed by the organizers. The plot size can be wavered to 4 metres if pre-booked and agreed. Stall Holder will be expected to pay half price for second 3/4 metres.
These prices are variable depending on regular bookings and at the discretion of the organizers. If you wish to discuss permanent bookings please contact Lynn or David lynn@rocajuna.com
RENTAL REQUIREMENTS:
You must have your stall set up no later than 8.30 ready for opening. It is advisable to unload as early as possible. We will endeavour to unload your goods next to your stand with the gates open at 7 am, however the later you leave unloading the harder it will be. The car park gates will close at 8.45am.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL Sorry; there are no rain checks, refunds, or exchanges. The Boot Fayre will be open Tuesday’s, rain or shine as we have indoor space if necessary. Sellers must be set up on their space before 8.30 A.M. or the space will be resold. Gates open at 7:00 A.M.

RESERVATIONS:
You can reserve a space one week in advance or monthly with 20% reduction.
Rent must be paid in cash at time of reservation.
This can be paid at the Rocajuna after 6 every evening or during the day by appointment - PLEASE CALL 966 799 829 ask for Lynn or 975 327 043 or you can email me at lynn@rocajuna.com.
